1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the di999 online gaming platform, accessible at di999.club ("the Platform", "the Website", "di999"). References to "we", "us", or "di999" refer to the operators of this platform. References to "you", "the player", or "the user" refer to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the di999 platform in any capacity.

The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated at the top. Your continued use of the di999 platform following any update to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

1.1 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are published in English, which is the official language of the di999 platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and governing version. Any translations provided for convenience purposes shall carry no legal weight.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or by any other act of using the di999 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you are not willing to be bound by these Terms, you must immediately cease using the di999 platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To place bets, play games, or conduct any financial transactions on the di999 platform, you must first create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the requirements set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

di999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your relationship with di999:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

di999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. 2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active di999 account. Players found to be operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — will have all associated accounts suspended. Winnings and bonuses accumulated across multiple accounts are subject to forfeiture. di999's decision regarding multi-accounting violations is final.

2.4 Account Credentials

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at di999 is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although di999 may apply limits in specific circumstances, including during KYC review periods. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to the player account within 30 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in the player account balance.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of the player account pending investigation.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

di999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

3.4 Fees

di999 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, and banking institutions) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own published terms. di999 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

di999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus conditions below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall take precedence.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by di999 are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms at the time the offer is communicated. 4.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the moment they are credited to the player account. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. The validity period for each bonus will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.

4.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the di999 platform contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements. 4.4 Bonus Abuse

di999 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses by registering more than one account; placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. di999 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the di999 platform, you agree to use the service in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the di999 platform:

5.1 Prohibited Actions

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Opening or using more than one player account (multi-accounting)
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or sports manipulation in connection with sports betting markets on di999
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the di999 platform, its software, or its content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing di999 support staff or other players
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any player who identifies a bug must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it

5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

di999 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a violation of these user obligations, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the player account
• Forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity
• Withholding of withdrawable balance pending investigation
• Recovery of funds already withdrawn where those funds were obtained through prohibited activity
• Reporting of activity to relevant financial authorities, law enforcement agencies, or gaming regulatory bodies

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the di999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, audio, video, software, and code — is the intellectual property of di999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the di999 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any di999 content in any form or by any means.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others is licensed to di999 and remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of third-party game content is a violation of the applicable provider's intellectual property rights in addition to these Terms.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your di999 account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and fully KYC-verified.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., because they feel gambling is becoming a problem) are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than standard account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections including the ability to be blocked from re-registering during the exclusion period.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by di999

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. di999 will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email address before designating an account as dormant. Any balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved for a period of 36 months from the last activity date, after which di999 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, di999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the di999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from platform downtime, technical failure, or service interruption
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform
• Any harm arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited

di999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and game integrity. However, di999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or a bet, di999 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return stakes to the players concerned.

8.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless di999 and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the di999 platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

8.2 Governing Law

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through di999's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant governing authority. di999 will always first attempt to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith through direct communication with the player before any formal proceedings are initiated.

8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with di999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and di999 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.
